Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping & handling charges. 

Damaged Goods

At Koko Belles Balloons & gifts , we take great pride in ensuring that your products arrive in great condition, however if for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kokobelles.com within 24 hours of receipt, and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. Please take photos of the damages and have your proof of purchase available.

Can I Cancel an Order Once Its Been Placed?

If you have placed an order for a gift that has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing info@kokobelles.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.

🎈 Floral & Balloon Arrangements

• Service Options: Available for Local Hand Delivery (select Ship at checkout) within our designated service zones (Laval, Greater Montreal, North Montreal, and the North Shore) OR for Studio Pickup (select Pickup at checkout) at our studio in Laval, QC.

• Turnaround Window: Local delivery and studio pickup orders are processed and ready within 2 days.

• Key Action: At checkout, select Ship for local hand delivery or Pickup for studio pickup.

• Important Delivery Exclusion: We do NOT deliver balloon or floral arrangements to hospitals, medical centers, or large shopping malls due to security, access, and floral allergy restrictions.

📦 All Other Products (Gift Boxes, Personalized Items, Engraved Keepsakes)

• Service Options: Available for Canada-Wide Shipping (select Ship at checkout) across 9 Canadian provinces OR for Studio Pickup (select Pickup at checkout) at our studio in Laval, QC.

• Exclusions: Standard shipping is currently unavailable to the Territories (Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut) and Newfoundland and Labrador.

• Key Action: At checkout, select Ship for national shipping or Pickup for studio pickup.

• How does Studio Pickup work for Floral & Balloon Arrangements?

  1. Select Date & Time: Choose your required pickup date and time slot directly on the product page using the calendar picker.

  2. Add to Cart & Checkout: Proceed to checkout and select Pickup as your delivery method.

  3. Confirmation: We will email you within 24 business hours to confirm your scheduled appointment and provide our exact studio address in Laval, QC.

• How does Studio Pickup work for Gift Boxes & Non-Perishable Items?

  1. Add to Cart & Checkout: Add your items to your cart and select Pickup as your delivery method at checkout. (No calendar selection is needed on the product page).

  2. Processing Time: These items require 2 to 3 business days to prepare and personalize.

  3. Ready Notification: Once your order is ready, we will contact you via email or phone/SMS to schedule your pickup time and send our studio location details.

• Important Contact Note: Please ensure your email address and phone number are accurate at checkout so we can reach you promptly as soon as your order is ready for pickup!

Can I include my own personal gifts or alcoholic beverages? Yes! Email us at info@kokobelles.com before ordering. We will provide our drop-off address. When dropping off items at our studio, place them in a bag clearly labeled with your full name and order number.

🚚 National Shipping (Non-Balloon / Non-Flower Items)

• Processing & Transit Times: Standard personalized items typically require 1 to 2 business days to prepare before dispatch. During peak holiday and rush seasons, production may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

• Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & PEI: $15.00 Flat Rate

  • Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba & Saskatchewan: $25.00 Flat Rate

• Free Shipping:

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $150.00 before taxes and after discounts across eligible Canadian provinces. Use code FREESHIP at checkout. (Excludes Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador).

• US & International Shipping: Shipping to the United States and international destinations is currently suspended.

• How do custom design inquiries work? Have a unique idea or artwork that falls outside our standard website templates? We love bringing custom concepts to life! Because non-template orders require dedicated design time, file setup, and custom equipment adjustments, an additional custom setup fee will apply based on the complexity and labor required for your project.

• How do I submit a custom design request? Simply email your design inquiry to info@kokobelles.com along with:

  1. Your design file in SVG, PNG, or JPG format.

  2. The specific product type, material, and dimensions you want to personalize.

  3. Your desired completion date.

• Is there a minimum order quantity for corporate gifting? No! We have no minimum order quantities, so you can order a single personalized gift or hundreds. However, volume discounts kick in for bulk orders of 10 or more items.

• Can we customize products with our company logo? Yes! We offer full custom logo branding using precision laser engraving, UV printing, and custom packaging tailored to your brand identity.

• What is your return policy? Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? We take immense pride in our craftsmanship! If your package arrives damaged during transit or contains a personalization error, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it for you right away.
