Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping & handling charges. 

 

Damaged Goods

At Koko Belles Balloons & gifts , we take great pride in ensuring that your products arrive in great condition, however if for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kokobelles.com within 24 hours of receipt, and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. Please take photos of the damages and have your proof of purchase available.

 

Can I Cancel an Order Once Its Been Placed?

If you have placed an order for a gift that has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing info@kokobelles.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.
