Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping & handling charges. Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Due to the handmade and intimate nature of our bath and body products all sales are final and non-refundable.
Damaged Goods
At Koko Belles Balloons & gifts , we take great pride in ensuring that your products arrive in great condition, however if for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kokobelles.com within 24 hours of receipt, and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. Please take photos of the damages and have your proof of purchase available.
Can I Cancel an Order Once Its Been Placed?
If you have placed an order for a gift that has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing info@kokobelles.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.

Our hand delivery service ensures your special arrangement arrives safely.

Where exactly do you offer Hand Delivery?
We deliver throughout the North Shore, South Shore, West Island, Laval, and Greater Montreal. To confirm eligibility for a specific address, please enter the postal code on the cart page.

You can order any item online and pick it up at our studio in Laval, QC.

How do I know when my pickup order is ready?
Once you select "PICKUP" at checkout, we will email you within 24 business hours to confirm the final pickup date and time, as well as the exact studio address. Please ensure your email address is accurate.
Can I include my own gifts or alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! To include a personal gift or an alcoholic beverage:

What are the estimated processing and shipping times?
Since most of the contents in our boxes are customized, we require 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150.00 to all Canadian provinces.

Do you include a receipt in the box?
No. We do not include a receipt or pricing in the shipping box. Your email confirmation serves as your receipt.
❗️ Undeliverable & Substitution Policy
What happens if my gift is undeliverable?
We cannot leave gifts at the door due to the perishable nature of our products. Gifts can be returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or an unanswered door.
If a gift is returned to our studio, we will contact the number/email provided on the order.

Second Attempt: A second delivery attempt incurs an additional fee of $15.00 plus the actual cost of postage. We will also charge for any perishable goods that need to be replaced.

Unclaimed Gifts: If the electronic invoice for the second attempt is not paid within 5 business days, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of Koko Belles.
Will the gift look exactly like the photo?
We source many products locally, and occasionally, an item may become unavailable. In this event, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, that matches the overall look and feel of the original box. No extra payment will be required for a substituted item.

Our Custom Gift Design service is ideal for corporate events, weddings, and large special occasions requiring 10 or more gifts.
