Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping & handling charges. Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Due to the handmade and intimate nature of our bath and body products all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

Damaged Goods

At Koko Belles Balloons & gifts , we take great pride in ensuring that your products arrive in great condition, however if for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at info@kokobelles.com within 24 hours of receipt, and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. Please take photos of the damages and have your proof of purchase available.

 

Can I Cancel an Order Once Its Been Placed?

If you have placed an order for a gift that has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing info@kokobelles.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.

How do I book a hand delivery for a Flower or Balloon Arrangement?

Our hand delivery service ensures your special arrangement arrives safely.

1. Select Item: Choose your arrangement and add it to your cart.

2. Go to Cart: Proceed to your cart page.

3. Choose Delivery: Click on the Hand Delivery option.

4. Date & Slot: Select the date and one of the two available time slots.

5. Address: Provide the recipient's full address.

6. Review: Double-check all details, then complete your purchase.

We will always call the recipient to schedule a delivery appointment, ensuring someone is available. If there is no answer, we will leave a message to schedule a time.

 

Where exactly do you offer Hand Delivery?

We deliver throughout the North Shore, South Shore, West Island, Laval, and Greater Montreal. To confirm eligibility for a specific address, please enter the postal code on the cart page.

How do I order for Studio Pickup?

You can order any item online and pick it up at our studio in Laval, QC.

1. Choose Item: Select your items and add them to your cart.

2. Go to Cart: Proceed to your cart page.

3. Choose Pickup: Click on the Store Pickup option.

4. Date & Time: Select your desired date and time for pickup.

5. Done! Save time by ordering online!

 

How do I know when my pickup order is ready?

Once you select "PICKUP" at checkout, we will email you within 24 business hours to confirm the final pickup date and time, as well as the exact studio address. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

 

Can I include my own gifts or alcoholic beverages?

Absolutely! To include a personal gift or an alcoholic beverage:

1. Email us at info@kokobelles.com to let us know.

2. We will provide you with the drop-off address.

3. When dropping off the items, place them in a bag clearly marked with your full name and order number.

🚚 National Shipping (For Non-Balloon/Flower Items)

 

What are the estimated processing and shipping times?

Since most of the contents in our boxes are customized, we require 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order.

 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150.00 to all Canadian provinces.

• This minimum must be met after discounts and before taxes.

• This offer applies to shipping rates under $50.00 and excludes oversized items.

• Use code FREESHIP at checkout.

Note: This offer excludes Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

 

Are there extra charges for Northern Territories or US/International orders?

• Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut: Shipping to these territories requires a different fee structure. Please contact us at info@kokobelles.com for a quote.

• USA: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by US Customs. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

• International: At this time, we are unable to ship outside continental North America.

 

Do you include a receipt in the box?

No. We do not include a receipt or pricing in the shipping box. Your email confirmation serves as your receipt.

❗️ Undeliverable & Substitution Policy

What happens if my gift is undeliverable?

We cannot leave gifts at the door due to the perishable nature of our products. Gifts can be returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or an unanswered door.

If a gift is returned to our studio, we will contact the number/email provided on the order.

• Second Attempt: A second delivery attempt incurs an additional fee of $15.00 plus the actual cost of postage. We will also charge for any perishable goods that need to be replaced.

• Unclaimed Gifts: If the electronic invoice for the second attempt is not paid within 5 business days, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of Koko Belles.

 

Will the gift look exactly like the photo?

We source many products locally, and occasionally, an item may become unavailable. In this event, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, that matches the overall look and feel of the original box. No extra payment will be required for a substituted item.

How does Custom Gift Design work?

Our Custom Gift Design service is ideal for corporate events, weddings, and large special occasions requiring 10 or more gifts.

• Minimum Order: 10 or more gifts.

• Timeline: Large projects typically require 3–5 weeks from start to finish (including sourcing, design, assembly, and shipping). Rush orders may be accommodated depending on the materials.

Due to the personalized and custom nature of all our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final.
