Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges and we do not refund any shipping & handling charges. Pursuant to health and safety regulations, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on food products. Due to the handmade and intimate nature of our bath and body products all sales are final and non-refundable.
At Koko Belles Balloons & gifts , we take great pride in ensuring that your products arrive in great condition, however if for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt, and we would be happy to work with you to resolve the situation. Please take photos of the damages and have your proof of purchase available.
Can I Cancel an Order Once Its Been Placed?
If you have placed an order for a gift that has not yet been sent out, you may cancel by emailing email@example.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on gifts once they have been sent out.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Since most of the contents in our boxes are handmade, we require 2 to 3 business days to process and ship your order.
How do I know when to pick up my order?
Once "PICKUP" is selected at the checkout, we will email you within 24hrs in order to schedule a pickup date and time. We will also confirm the pickup address at that time, so please provide an accurate email address.
Can alcohol be included in a gift box?
Yes, however you must be 18+ to purchase this gift and proof of age is required upon all deliveries and pickups.
Can I include my own gifts and alcoholic beverages?
Absolutely! If you would like to include a special gift or an alcoholic beverage, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the address to drop off the items. Note: when dropping off personal items, it's important to place them in a bag along with your full name and order number clearly marked.
Do you include a receipt in the shipping box?
No! We do not include a receipt in the shipping box. As the gift giver, you will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. This will serve as a receipt.

Will your gift look exactly like the photo?
Most of the products in our curated boxes are sourced locally. As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without notice. In the event that an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. Item substituted will not require extra payment and will match the look and feel of the original box as advertised.
Why didn't I get a confirmation email after placing my order online?
If you placed an online order and did not immediately receive an email confirmation, it's possible that the email has landed in your spam folder or has been denied by your email server. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we would be more than happy to send over your order confirmation.
What if my gift is undeliverable?
Sometimes gifts can be returned if there was an incorrect address, the item was refused at the door, our delivery man have stumbled on an unanswered door, or the recipient moved. We can not leave the gift at the door due to the perishable nature of our products. If your gift is returned to our studio, we will contact the number or email address provided at the time of order.
• If delivery is attempted for a second time, an additional delivery fee to re-process the return-to-sender delivery is 15$ plus the actual cost of postage. We will charge as well the perishable goods if they need to be replaced. We will send you an invoice electronically; once the invoice is paid, we will re-ship the gift to your recipient within 2 business days.
• If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days of being sent, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of Koko Belles.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Since we bake-to-order, our cookies stay fresh for over 15 days if kept in a sealed container. Customer should place items in a sealed container upon receipt if not consuming immediately.
Are the cookies nut free?
We are not a nut-free environment; therefore, anyone with severe allergies is advised against consuming the cookies.

Koko Belles Balloons & Gifts Custom Gift Design allows you to create a gift customized to your specifications by working directly with us. This is a great option for companies and corporate events, weddings and special occasions. Each custom project is designed to your specific gifting needs. Through communication and consultation, we will develop a sense of your vision in order to prepare something truly unique for the recipients. We will discuss appropriate timelines for project completion which includes design, product sourcing, assembly, and shipping to your destination. Custom gift orders require a minimum order of 10 or more gifts to be considered custom and typically require sourcing unique products to suit your needs, that may not be available on Koko Belles Balloons & gifts. Larger custom projects typically require approximately 5-7 weeks from start to finish. We can accommodate rush orders in some instances depending on the products and materials sourced for your gift.
